Returns and Refund Policy

We really hope you love your order, but if you've changed your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your item to get in touch and request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Please note that return postage costs are covered by the customer, unless your order has arrived damaged or faulty.

As each personalised item is made just for you, we’re unable to offer refunds on these bespoke pieces.

How to Return

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not quite as expected, please let us know straight away. Send an email with a few clear photos, and we’ll take a look and arrange a replacement or refund if needed.

Exchanges

We’re not able to offer exchanges right now, but you’re always welcome to place a new order once your refund has been processed.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If so, your refund will be sent to your original payment method - please allow up to 10 working days for it to appear in your account.
