When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible! Orders placed by 1PM (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day. Anything after that will be sent out the next working day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.

Personalisation

We kindly ask that you double check any personalisation before placing your order, as we use exactly what is entered. Once submitted, we aren’t able to offer refunds or make changes for personalisation that’s entered incorrectly. Taking a moment to review your text helps us make sure your gift turns out just as you imagine!

I have made a mistake on my order, can I amend it?

If you notice a mistake on your order, please get in touch with us as soon as you can! You can do this through out website chat or Contact Us page. We’ll do our best to fix it before your order is processed. Once your order has been made and sent, we won’t be able to make changes, so a quick message really helps.

My address is incorrect on my order, can I change it?

Please reach out to us as soon as you can through our website chat or Contact Us page! If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll be happy to make the change for you.

My order hasn't arrived

We send out all orders following our Shipping Policy, but sometimes Royal Mail can be a little slower than expected. If your order has not arrived within the delivery window provided, please drop us a message through our Contact Us page and we’ll be happy to help!

Can I get a refund on my order?

I'd like to track my order

If your order has tracking, you’ll find all the details in your dispatch confirmation email. Some smaller items are sent as Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class letters, which don’t include tracking, but they should arrive quickly!
